David Barone, EA

David Barone is the founder and sole proprietor of Barone’s Bookkeeping & Tax Service – a San Jose, CA based business specializing in income tax preparation and bookkeeping since 1984.

In 1984 David successfully passed the challenging IRS exam on all levels of taxation and became recognized as an Enrolled Agent and is a federally licensed tax practitioner.

He attends various tax workshops throughout the year so he can serve his clients with knowledgeable and up-to-date tax law information.  He has always enjoyed the challenges tax law gives to him.

As a tax professional, David has helped individuals, families, businesses, and nonprofit organizations navigate the complex US tax Code.  His 37 years of experience and on-going tax education enable him to solve the most complex tax issues and disputes.

When David is not sitting at his desk or attending a tax workshop, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, biking, BBQ, bocce, and spending time in Capitola.
